Core TruckConnect services — posting loads, browsing trucks and the directory — are free of charge.
1. Premium Services
Refunds for premium verification, featured listings or lead packs may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially consumed.
2. Process
Email info@truckconnect.in with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable
Charges for services delivered in full, or where misuse is established, are non-refundable.
