By using TruckConnect you agree to these terms. TruckConnect is operated by Cloud Truck Private Limited.
1. Platform Role
TruckConnect is a technology platform connecting shippers, transporters and truck owners. We are not a party to the freight contract between counterparties.
2. User Obligations
- Provide accurate registration and load/truck information.
- Comply with all applicable transport, GST and e-way bill regulations.
- Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
3. Verification
While we make reasonable efforts to verify partners, users must perform their own due diligence before transacting.
4. Liability
TruckConnect is not liable for any loss arising out of dealings between users, including loss of goods, delay or breach of contract.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
